As a Director of Sales Investor Services NBDB,

Your role is to

  • Motivate your team to ensure a superior client experience
  • See to the development of your employees and improve their skills through personalized coaching
  • Set performance objectives that will lead your team to surpass itself, and ensure follow-up of these objectives
  • Implement growth strategies
  • Ensure compliance and risk management rules

National Bank Direct Brokerage offers Canadian clients and investors seeking autonomy and control an economical and efficient way to transact investment products, on multiple networks, by providing them with information and tools relevant to their decision-making and the achievement of their financial objectives.

Competencies required 

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4 years' relevant experience
  • Experience in personnel management
  • knowledge of investment and securities products and services
  • Experience in sales and business development
  • Bilingualism spoken (English and Mandarin)

Preferred competencies  

  • Have successfully completed the CSC and CSI Conduct and Practices Handbook Course with IIROC
