Then join the National Bank Investments (BNI) team as an Associate, Digital Sales

Main Responsibilities
As a Digital Sales Associate, you will support the sales and business development activities of NBI’s sales teams as well as offer administrative support to the managers within the executive team.  The role evolves and adapts to the growing demands of clients and new implemented technology aimed at improving overall efficiencies.

You will also take a lead in implementing current projects and corporate events, as well as support the Marketing team in various projects.  The role allows a person to learn a variety of different tasks, have multiple responsibilities and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.  

Specifically, you will:

  • Coordinate digital strategy (MarketingCloud/Salesforce/webinars etc.).
  • Help support inbound client relationships activities to support the wholesaler and inside within their group.
  • Plan and manage various corporate events.
  • Assist the executive National Sales exec team with calendar management, travel planning, events, translations, expense reports, etc.
  • Expense reports and general administrative support to Sales team.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team on various PowerPoint presentations, translations, and intranet postings of NBI basket transactions.
  • Act as liaison between corporate head-office various sales teams cross-country.
  • Coordinate different Human Ressources and IT requests.

  • Completed three-year professional college diploma and three years' relevant experience
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and collaborative tools (SharePoint, TEAMS, Yammer)
  • Experience in coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and administrative precision with an ability to multi-task a variety of different projects
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Good change management and priority management skills
  • Bilingualism (French/English)
