We are looking for an MFT Technical Leader to join our team that is responsible for corporate file transfer assets and services at National Bank of Canada.
Our ideal candidate is a passionate advocate for our employees, clients, team success and the company's technology roadmap. The candidate must have a solid understanding of technical concepts, excellent attention to detail, data accuracy and data analysis, strong verbal and written communication skills, be motivated and work with a strong sense of urgency and a high level of integrity.
As a Technical Leader, you’ll guide the development of major IT projects and mandates that require a high level of experience and expertise and have a significant impact on the Bank's profitability and efficiency.
You will act as a leader in your field of expertise, align the various solutions for projects in the sector, and support architects in achieving the Bank’s strategic objectives by reviewing and providing technical support in order to optimize the quality of services and operations.
You are responsible for keeping the assets and services in your field in operating condition. Finally, you will ensure that the members of the MFT team reach technical maturity.
