“Investment Operations” are at the heart of delivering products and services to Wealth Management clients of National Bank.

Working in the Impact Team is working with a team of professionals whose goal is to make the difference for our clients.

To do so, is to support on a daily basis our main partners: NBF: National Bank Financial/NBDB: National Bank Direct Brokerage/PB1859: Private Banking 1859

Your role:

  • Take in charge partners’ requests (via email or phone), while listening, showing empathy as well as analytic capacities to understand different contexts and resolve each unique situation.
  • Evaluate the urgency of each situation, propose solutions, directly intervene and/or coordinate effectively in order to solve the problem in the most efficient way.
  • Interact with different sectors at the bank, managers and employees in order to correctly interpretate the information given and offer support and advice.
  • Assist the business partners by offering them technical and administrative support when new products, procedures or services are being implemented; offer training and guidance for more complex cases.
  • Be proactive and signal improvement opportunities for the Organisations.
  • At all time, aim for a distinctive client experience.


  • Completed three-year college diploma or academic equivalent, related to the industry, and four years of relevant experience, required
  • Bilingualism (spoken/written) French and English to serve our clients and partners all over Canada, required;
  • Experience in customer service, privileged
  • Call center experience, privileged
  • Knowledge of various financial products and services, including account transfers, unregistered and registered products, account openings and/or mutual funds, privileged
