  • Manage and implement large-scale technology projects prioritized by the business sector by creating a motivating environment and exercising your leadership appropriately
  • Orchestrate the delivery of business solutions, manage interdependencies and coordinate delivery priorities and schedulesDiagnose problem situations, take action and help resolve complex problems by implementing solutions
  • Identify and manage the risks and issues inherent to the project in a consistent, proactive manner
  • Produce various reports to track the progress of the project and provide progress reports to various committees, while adapting your communications to the audience
  • Manage stakeholders and maintain good relationships with internal and external collaborators
  • Initiate changes and encourage the constant rethinking of work methods with a view to fostering continuous improvement and achieving objectives
  • Set up the right channels of communication between project collaborators and ensure ongoing communication with all stakeholders
  • Optimize the use of project resources on an ongoing basis to achieve the sector's objectives
  • Be a change agent, promoting our values and demonstrating that we have zero tolerance for undesirable behaviou

  • At least 10 years of experience in project management
  • Knowledge of Agile project management
  • Knowledge of JIRA
  • Knowledge of banking, financial markets and/or business, an asset
  • Experience in delivering technology projects for the Commercial Banking sector
  • Experience managing large-scale projects ($10 million +)
  • Experience in leading workshops, planning and coaching
  • Experience in managing external suppliers and integrating internal systems (important)*
  • Disciplined, results-oriented, negotiation skills and ability to influence others
  • Ability to simplify issues, risks and business objectives
  • Good communication skills and ability to summarize information at all levels
  • Influential leadership and strong political acumen
  • Superior ability to adapt to change
  • Bilingualism, both spoken and written (English and (French)
