The Performance Catalyst team and the Wealth Management and Financial Markets IT sector needs you!  

You will actively participate in the execution of the business transformation, deploying tools and work methodologies and using your leadership and knowledge, improve adoption and change management. 

Your role : 

- Ensure the implementation of a framework for IT teams that facilitates improved team effectiveness and value delivery
- Participate in structuring initiatives for the transformation of the sector (introduction of flowtime, new capacity management tools, implementation of operational model based on business capabilities, standardization of work processes for teams, etc) 
- Support teams and projects in the implementation of their work structure (Jira, PowerBi, LeanIX), including initial reflection and training
- Be at the heart of the reflections on the ways of doing things and on the creation of value in the sector
- Participate in the development and maintenance of the sector's strategic project portfolio (i.e. Blueprint)
- Produce the dashboard for the ITMT and the Bank's Board of Directors 
- Coordinate the evolution of the dashboard in relation to the IT strategy
- Follow up on the action plan items with the various managers of the Performance squad
- Coordinate the update of the ITMT dashboard with the data managers
- Work on automating the production of the dashboard
- Contribute to building the dashboard for APM/AM
- Be the bridge between the management, delivery and orchestration teams
- Data analysis: design the reporting needed for decision making, both tactical and strategic (capacity, skills, team composition, risk analysis, etc...)
- Adopt a continuous improvement mentality at all times 
- Be an agent of change including evaluating its adoption

Your profile
- Bachelor's degree related to the industry and six years of relevant experience OR Master's degree related to the industry and four years of relevant experience OR University certificate and eight years of relevant experience
- Positive, engaging and participatory leadership
- Demonstrated political acumen 
- Organizational skills, autonomy, curiosity and initiative
- Focused on achieving objectives and meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Kanban methodology
- Experience in data analysis
- Knowledge of Jira, Power BI & SQL, an asset
- Ability to structure and lead multidisciplinary stakeholder meetings
- Ability to work in a team environment 
- Ability to adapt and technical knowledge
- Bilingual (spoken/written) French and English
