To support this ambition, we’re looking for a Senior Manager, Leadership Development who is passionate about people and their development.

Your mandate within the Culture and Talent team of the Employee Experience sector is to establish and lead the directions, vision and offering for our leadership, succession and cultural development practices. You’ll also act as a coach to get your team on track while developing the skills of your colleagues, stakeholders and their teams.

Your role

  • Manage complex and varied activities, including organizational development; use of employee voice and data to design solutions; regulatory component; governance and disclosure; internal and external project and stakeholder management; integration into Employee Experience sector practices.
  • Set the leadership and succession development agenda (overall succession plan, directions and priorities) and implement an effective offering and solutions to identify, attract, integrate, retain and prepare current and future leaders.
  • Contribute to the diversity of the bank's leadership and develop a model of diversity
  • Establish our priorities for cultural change with our transformation network and the various stakeholders, and ensure their implementation. 
  • Align and mobilize a multidisciplinary team responsible for guiding, designing, coordinating and measuring the impact of strategies.
  • Evaluate and ensure governance of our offering and practices (including suppliers and budget) using KPIs.
  • Stay connected to your external environment to remain competitive and proactive in the face of our evolving leadership, succession and cultural practices.

Skills required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in a related field
  • Advanced organizational development and program and project management skills
  • Experience in operationalizing programs focused on leadership development and business transformation, including culture
  • Demonstrate leadership focused on agility, empowerment and the development of your colleagues
  • Experience leading and engaging cross-functional teams of diverse and senior leaders, executives and managers to achieve organizational objectives
  • Ability to innovate and provide new solutions adapted to the reality of business contexts
  • Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English and French

Preferred competencies:

  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
  • Ability to manage change and ensure the development of current practices, policies and processes
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work in Agile mode and in a hybrid environment
  • Agility, proactivity and curiosity in solving problems, managing stakeholders and providing advisory services
