What will your day-to-day tasks be?
•    Manage the infrastructure lifecycle (patching, updates, capacity, monitoring, etc.) and coordinate its implementation with the various technical teams involved
•    Work with the cybersecurity teams to define, monitor and implement the security strategy for our application inventory and infrastructure
•    Provide leadership, coordinate and deliver upgrade projects on infrastructure, application migration or cloud migration within the team
•    Be a catalyst for change and technological progress and work closely with architects, analysts and developers to make it easier to adopt new technologies
•    Be a stakeholder and an influential player in our cloud transformation
•    Ensure the quality and documentation of IT solutions and the smooth flow of activities under your responsibility, from design to implementation
•    Help resolve complex incidents with internal and external teams 
•    Ensure operational stability (analyze recurring incidents, coordinate problem management, etc.)
•    Be part of the team in charge of optimizing the processes in place, applying solutions and ensuring they are implemented and adopted

•    Completed Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7-10 years of relevant experience or completed college diploma with 12 years of relevant experience
•    Relevant experience in one or more of these areas: infrastructure management, cybersecurity, application support, level 2 technical support, IT vendor management and governance
•    Experience with relational databases and NoSQL (Sybase, Microsoft SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
•    Experience working in agile mode
•    Experience working with cloud solutions such as OpenShift, AWS or GCP, a major asset
•    Knowledge of cybersecurity and telecommunication concepts
•    Knowledge of Windows, Unix and Citrix
•    Autonomy, strong political acumen and positive leadership
•    Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure
•    ITIL training, an asset
•    Bilingualism, spoken and written (English and French), essential
