This position reports to the Manager.

Main challenges
  • Work independently and carry out a variety of complex administrative activities according to the policies, standards and procedures in effect
  • Respond appropriately to requests from customers or stakeholders in files and provide professional and courteous service
  • Search for information and then send it to the persons concerned
  • Carry out checks and analyses to ensure the accuracy of data and operations
  • See that any errors are corrected
Specifically, you will :
  • Compile and record data, and track down any missing information
  • Know how to use the complex equipment and software required in your work
  • Balance transactions, identify differences and make the necessary adjustments
  • Check and balance complex account headings
  • Provide technical support for less experienced personnel

  • High school diploma and three years' relevant experience or College diploma and one year's relevant experience
  • Bilingualism (spoken and written) - English and French
