As a Senior Wealth Management Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering a personalized accounting service for high-net-worth (HNW) clients seeking a family office experience. Your work, integrating a multitude of financial data into a coherent structure, will put you at the centre of the action.

Your day-to-day tasks

• Perform bank reconciliation between clients’ various accounts
• Coordinate bill payments through various National Bank of Canada subsidiaries
• Work closely with accountants for HNW clients to facilitate report and accounting data reconciliation
• Perform bookkeeping for company transactions
• Provide follow-ups on deposits and withdrawals
• Handle complex questions about tax slips and other accounting documents
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client accounts and give advisors suggestions on ways to improve service and add value
• Prepare packages for client meetings

Competencies required:

• Completed college and/or university diploma in accounting and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Sound knowledge of the investment and wealth management industry
• Title/accreditation in accounting
• Customer service/advisory experience with HNW clients
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• IT skills and experience with QuickBooks, an asset
