As a Senior Advisor on the Integration and Data Culture team, you will report directly to the Senior Manager, Rotation Program and will work closely with other members of the team. 

You will be responsible for the business development plan of the rotation program, including the implementation of a solid and active network that will lead to the best project-employee match based on the Bank’s strategic priorities.

Your main tasks:

Opportunities: Your business development skills will allow you to build strong connections with the business lines and identify projects relevant to the rotation program that match the real needs of the business line.
Performance: With your passion for data, you will provide a monthly and quarterly report on the performance of the Integration and Data Culture team and give recommendations to ensure higher efficiency.

More specifically, you will:

Opportunities

  • Create a yearly business development action plan
  • Go beyond the existing natural borders to identify and create new business opportunities based on data exploitation and valorization.
  • Participate in relevant meetings to better understand the various business realities.
  • Assist business lines upstream to help them mature in using and valorizing data.
  • Support business lines in defining their initiatives and data projects.
  • Analyze support requests and meet with applicants to ensure the requests are feasible and aligned with strategic priorities. 
  • Play an active role in defining the priority strategy of the requests.
  • Analyze data support requests, as well as manage and prioritize the backlog of requests.
  • Work to maintain a simple and efficient process for business lines to submit their requests.
  • Carry out rigorous analysis so requests selected are aligned with the available collaborator profiles while working closely with rotation program managers.
  • Be an active ambassador for the Chief Data Office.
  • Be an active ambassador for the Data Academy.

Performance

  • Handle performance metrics management and monitoring.
  • Work with the other team members to coordinate the performance metrics and dashboards of each of the team’s sections. 
  • Communicate and publish the performance metrics for our activities and dashboards on a regular basis.
  • Recommend adjustments and improvements related to the Bank’s strategic priorities.
  • Specify new performance metric follow-up opportunities.
  • Document and follow up on the process for producing the team’s metrics, reports and dashboards.

  • Proven experience with needs analysis and business development

  • Solid interest in the concepts and requirement of advanced analytics
  • Ability to listen to clients and understand their needs
  • Excellent understanding of the various sectors of the organization
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to synthesize
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Strong ability to develop in an environment undergoing a transformation
  • Knowledge of organizational analytics environments, an asset
  • Bilingualism. spoken and written English and French You will be interacting with English-speaking partners and colleagues
