Then this role is for you! You will manage the alignment and delivery of training, onboarding and educational programs thanks to your understanding of the positive impact of sales business practices. You will act as a project leader to create new educational initiatives and optimize current ones that support National Bank Investments (NBI) sales activities. This position reports to the Senior Manager – Sales Enablement and Digital Strategy, National Bank Investments.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Act as a leader in determining the orientations, participating in developing training and onboarding strategies and presenting them to the NBI sales team and NBI distribution channels, both in traditional and digital formats.
  • Develop and update onboarding roadmaps and programs for NBI sales team both in traditional and digital formats.
  • Understand the business best practices for which trainings are designed and adapt projects to reflect market and business conditions so that they fully meet the needs of the NBI sales team and clients.
  • Act as an expert by researching, identifying and analyzing most up to date business practices and tailor to meet the needs of the sales team and other partners by offering quality service.
  • Continually work on identifying the most effective messages and communication approaches and produce creative and relevant content.
  • Influence the sector's decisions by offering expertise related to implementing strategies to drive adoption of sales technology and tools.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including other Bank sectors, to ensure the coherence and consistency of all educational content and trainings.


Position profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience in communication
  • Knowledge of content writing techniques, practices delivering educational content or programs
  • Knowledge of project management and multi-channel communication project management
  • Knowledge of the mutual funds and wealth management industries, an asset
  • Work experience in project management
  • Ability to work through ambiguity
  • Ability to communicate with all management levels clearly, concisely and accurately, both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Influence and negotiation skills
  • Excellent mastery of the Office 365 Suite tools
  • Bilingualism, both spoken and written (English and French)
