We are looking for someone to lead the proactive management of risks for our personal and commercial banking information and transaction platforms. 
Working closely with IT, Security, Fraud, Business Continuity and the delivery teams, your main challenges as Digital Channels Operations Lead, Personal and Commercial Banking will be to:
  • Define targets and risk appetite and the risk mitigation strategy on all of our platforms including the associated roadmap 
  • Implement and ensure the continuity of risk management on our platforms
  • Ensure governance of events, incidents, action plans, third parties Focus and unite key players in monitoring events on our platforms, track and inform stakeholders of the development of risks on our platforms, establish action plans related to our main risks
  • Provide day-to-day management relationships with third parties, execute action plans, provide access management and request management 
  • Work with delivery teams to launch or integrate initiatives aimed at sound risk management and follow up on them
  • Deliver action plans under your responsibility

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and six years of relevant experience OR master's degree in a related field and four years of relevant experience OR university certificate or undergraduate diploma from the National Bank University Program and eight years of relevant experience
  • Experience in product management 
  • Experience in developing and using dashboards and monitoring performance indicators (Power BI)
  • Experience in risk and outside vendor management
  • Experience in managing various key stakeholders
  • Experience in Agile project management and tools such as Confluence
  • Understanding of various technological environments and application infrastructure
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong ability to influence
  • Versatile team player who is at ease under pressure
  • Bilingualism, both spoken and written (English and French)
