A career as a Senior advisor expertise development and data at National Bank Insurance means being involved in the sector's decisions and orientations in terms of business development skills development and data monitoring.

You will have a strategic role in the Insurance Sales and Distribution team through the use and monitoring of data supporting key initiatives.  You will also be called upon to take charge of and contribute to numerous projects related to skills development, business development and the sale and  distribution of various insurance and assistance products.

Your role:

  • Exercise an advisory role to influence decisions and orientations in terms of insurance product distribution, business development, processes and expertise.
  • Identify business issues globally and be creative in order to simplify the distribution of insurance products, limit sales barriers and optimize the customer and employee experience while complying with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement solutions, recommendations, strategies to address the problems encountered by new tools, models, processes and approaches around business development, skills development, sales and distribution
  • Develop the financial objectives assigned to each channel and each region, keep them updated weekly, continuously analyze their progress and issue findings and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain various reports and data monitoring tools (powerbi) mainly meeting the needs of insurance development directors (IDPs), leaders and the sales and distribution management committee to gain efficiency and business intelligence.
  • Implement new monitoring indicators that accompany the deployment and monitoring of skills development and business development initiatives.
  • Measure the impact of the initiatives deployed and issue findings and recommendations.

You will join a team of 5 professionals who work jointly with the Insurance Development Directors (IDDs) to develop and maintain the skills of the sales force of the branch network, residential financing, customer experience center and AVBN customer contact center for loan insurance products, credit card payment insurance, support service and BNPAS.


Competency required:

  • Bachelor's degree related to the sector of activity and 7 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree related to the sector of activity and five years of relevant experience
  • Experience in business development
  • Strong ability to analyze and think in solution mode
  • Ability, interest and curiosity to develop in data use/manipulation and reporting
  • Strong interpersonal skills, communication and influence skills
  • Rigor, creativity, autonomy and sense of initiative
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and in project mode
  • Good knowledge of Excel and power BI

 Preferred comptetencies  :

  • Experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Experience in facilitating training/coaching  activities
  • Knowledge of the banking network at branch level and/or residential financing
