Join the Fraud Prevention & Detection team within, Remote Channels, where you'll lead a cross-functional team of 15 fraud analysts who deal with banking and emerging fraud trends and are mandated to analyze complex files and answer clients' calls in order to minimize the risk for the Bank and our clients. You will report to the Senior Manager and act as a leader in your field of expertise.

As Manager, you'll ensure operations run smoothly by mobilizing your employees and colleagues to achieve shared objectives and be recognized by internal and external partners as a fraud expert. Your drive, passion, and comprehensive expertise in fraud prevention and management make you an ideal leader.

Your day to day:

  • Be recognized as a leader in fraud prevention, making recommendations and providing management with the necessary information to minimize risk and be accountable to enhance our employee/client experience.
  • Managing a team of fraud experts within the identify theft and emerging fraud space.
  • Create an environment which allows analysts to deepen their skills and mobilize your team to enhance the quality of analysis & reduce fraud related losses within your sector.
  • Take responsibility for setting the team's performance standard, training program, and establishing a broad overview of the sector.
  • Continually improve internal & external processes to optimize your sector’s efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Devise and implement innovative solutions in an effort to grow your people and your business.

Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders on project tables and bank wide initiatives. Be considered a Leader within your area of expertise


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience or master’s degree and 3 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced knowledge of payment/card fraud, identify theft and working knowledge of emerging fraud trends
  • Experience in managing fraud teams and stakeholders
  • Management experience in prevention/detection within a fraud call centre environment, considered an asset
  • Strong prioritizing, planning, analytical, presentation, and relationship building skills including the ability to influence and take initiative.
  • Knowledge of products, systems, services, and fraud realities within the banking industry
  • Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written), essential
