Come join the IT software engineering team where you will address the following challenges:

Your role 

  • Manage a delivery team responsible for automated continuous software application delivery chains
  • Speed up the delivery teams' time-to-value while maximizing your team’s potential
  • Promote DevSecOps within the IT delivery teams
  • Help implement continuous software development and continuous delivery best practices 
  • Take charge of putting the software delivery chain automation tools into operation and providing support to users
  • Be responsible for oversight and tools for automating the company’s end-to-end software delivery chains
  • Help, advise and support delivery teams with the continuous delivery solutions put in place
  • Organize the team’s workforce planning


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10 years of relevant experience or master's degree in a related field and 8 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience managing cross-sector IT teams
  • Experience in personnel management
  • Experience in modern application software development
  • Experience in managing and automating continuous delivery processes (CI/CD)
  • Experience in client and operational support
  • Experience in a DevOps and Agile environment
  • Experience in a cloud and continuous delivery environment
  • Experience integrating with open-source tools (Jenkins, Harness or GitHub)
  • Experience working in a DevSecOps environment, an asset
  • Collaborative and facilitation approach
  • Communication skills (leadership, influence and able to convey information in simple terms) 
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will frequently interact with service providers or partners who speak a language other than French
