Your role:

You actively participate in making our DevOps vision a reality by developing and integrating all these components into our delivery pipelines. This means using your technical savvy to efficiently create, migrate or integrate our tools into existing or new product pipelines. Concretely, you will work autonomously at times and with teammates in support and project mode to shift our paradigm and to defy the odds of automating end to end processes through continuous delivery in line with our partners in the Financial Markets Operations sector

As DevOps Integrator, you are a generalist on everything that affects DevOps, but you may have a specialty such as continuous integration, continuous delivery or continuous testing.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Carry out and contribute to various large-scale IT projects that have a major impact on the profitability and efficiency of the Bank, and that require expertise and a high level of experience in the following DevOps practices:
    • Source code management;
    • Continuous integration;
    • Continuous deployment;
    • Automated testing;
    • Applications monitoring
  • Work with your team and partners from the line of business to automate continuous integration processes, continuous testing and automated deployments;
  • Diagnose problem situations and help resolve complex issues by implementing permanent corrective measures in a continuous improvement perspective;
  • Work with the development community to respond to the complex requests of stakeholders by proposing satisfactory solutions that are aligned with the applications development optimization process and our architecture guiding principles;


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of relevant experience OR master's degree in a related field and 4 years of relevant experience OR university certificate and 8 years of relevant experience;
  • An above average understanding of Financial Markets (KYC, Operations, Trade Lifecycle, etc)
  • Leadership, sense of initiative, and multi-tasking abilities;
  • Bilingualism, spoken and written (English and French).
