Working with data in the Employee Experience team means:

- Acting as a data management and exploitation expert by working in tandem with analytical partners, analysts and data scientists in the realization of various mandates covering several aspects of the Employee Experience;

- Apply rigorous analytical methods on a variety of data to understand trends and detect data quality issues;

- Leverage employee data to help improve the employee experience and deliver personalized employee experiences;

- Having the opportunity to work on emerging data analytics trends in the industry.

Specifically, you will:

- Act as an expert in the implementation of the Employee Experience data strategy as it relates to the data lifecycle;

- Take ownership of complex initiatives or unusual situations involving creativity and excellent knowledge of the various facets of data exploitation;

- Design, automate and put into production analytical solutions that meet the needs of the business, while respecting the analytical ethical framework and best practices at the Bank;

- Propose analytical ideas to analytical partners to increase the quality or efficiency of projects, in accordance with industry standards and evolving practices;

- Explore and facilitate access to new databases/data warehouses to make a wider range of data available to analytical partners, analysts and data scientists;

- Participate in the evolution of Employee Experience analytical processes and tools and guide the selection of data mining tools;

- Represent as an expert the interests of his/her team and the sector in all matters related to the execution of the Employee Experience data strategy;

- Implement and track performance indicators related to data governance;

- Identify data infrastructure needs and evolve the technology environment accordingly, in collaboration with our IT partner

- Monitor the best practices and tools available in the field of data exploitation.

Completed Bachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant experience OR Completed Master's degree and 5 years of relevant experience

- Very good experience in data modeling, manipulation or visualization

- Experience in database management and data mining

- Excellent knowledge of code management and optimization (Python or SQL languages)

- Knowledge of at least one ETL tool or solution (SSIS, datastage, Pentaho)

- Knowledge of Azure, Databricks, AWS Snowflake, Spark an asset.

- Excellent knowledge of Power BI

- Experience in the field of employee experience, an asset

- Be proactive and rigorous

- Strong collaborative spirit

- Good time and priority management

- Knowledge of the agile approach (scrum), an asset

- Good communication and influence skills

- Bilingual (spoken/written) French and English
