Join the National Bank insurance team. Your main role will be to offer advisory services to clients in order to come up with personalized solutions for everyone regarding their insurance needs.

You'll take a complete training program. During that period, you'll learn more about your role and the tools at your disposal.

Life at work

You'll handle calls from different clients and analyze their needs in order to offer them the coverage that's best for them. Your goal will therefore be to retain clients and acquire new ones.

Your schedule

You'll work a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. The call centre is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Your day to day

As part of a team, you will be responsible for taking calls from different clients and analyze their needs in order to find personalized solutions for them by recommending National Bank insurance coverage so that they can protect their assets, plans and dreams.

You will:

  • Develop trust-based relationships with our clients in order to propose optimal products and solutions for them. 

  • Navigate through different systems to gather as much relevant information as possible to then analyze files and adapt proposals to clients

  • Leverage your advisory role to attract and retain clients and make sure they're completely satisfied.


  • High school diploma
  • Customer/advisory service experience
  • Interest in insurance
  • Bilingual (English and French) essential
