Being a Customer Service Advisor - Group retirement plans for group pension plans, it’s guiding corporate clients and their employees. You will be in charge of servicing group retirement plans clients and you will coordinate the group plan setup at the client’s facility or at distance.  You will contribute to the revenue growth of the sector by ensuring customer satisfaction and efficiency through the implementation process. You will join a unified team that is mobilized under the leadership of the Group retirement plans Director.

Your role :

  • Build and maintain good customer relationships and keep an open channel of communication with internal partners 
  • Continuosly innovating client approach to sustain asset growth
  • Help resolve clients obstacles  
  • Coordinating the onboarding process with new and existing clients

More specifically, you will have to do:

  • Take lead of internal National Bank referrals
  • Insure group retirement plan implementation through TEAMS and on the road (Québec, Ontario and Western Canada)
  • Train group plan administrators on our platform
  • Organize and lead employee group training sessions
  • Supervise the administrative tasks linked to implementation
  • Manage and problem solve with partners in order to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Ensure that compliance and internal policies are in place

Competencies required:

  • A representative's certificate in group insurance of persons issued by the AMF (completed or on the way) is required
  • Completed Bachelor’s degree, linked to the business field, with 3 pertinent years of experience
  • Sales and customer service experience
  • Group retirement plan industry knowledge
  • Thorough follow up skills with client
  • Capacity for analysis and synthesis
  • Good time and priority management skills
  • Comfortable in group presentation setting
  • Bilingual (oral/written) French and English as you serve our unilingual anglophone clientele
