Being a Coordinator in Operations means coordinating and supervising the work of employees on the team to ensure activities are carried out. It means defining the steps for carrying out projects, coordinating varied and diversified activities, identifying related technical problems or potential obstacles and making recommendations to optimize processes and procedures. It also means working in an environment where you can excel and create strong ties through collaboration. Your main responsibilities:

Oversee the progress of activities, and monitor and control the team’s activities

Assign and monitor requests from internal and external partners, based on the responsibilities of team members and capacity

Be proactive by making recommendations to improve possible issues with the end-to-end process

Work in collaboration with the coordinators on other teams and various partners

  • Three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and four years of relevant experience
  • Experience in coordination
  • Coaching experience, an asset
  • Experience in banking
  • Expertise in continuous improvement
  • Excellent knowledge of the sector’s operational processes:
  • Knowledge of applications:
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Bilingualism, both spoken and written (English and French)
