API Functional Analyst

Your main challenges: 

  • Understand business needs and issues, and ensure that optimal solutions are implemented
  • Support the SaaS vendor (bug fixing)
  • Support and ensure the access management process 
  • Support API exposure in MarketPlace 
  • Support (client type) external partners and the external development community
  • Prioritize MarketPlace requirements and align them with the vendor's roadmap
  • Configure MarketPlace
  • Develop requirements for platform upgrades
  • Manage the delivery of new functions
  • Build partnerships with various internal and external stakeholders involved in the department’s activities and keep the lines of communication open
  • Coach your less-experienced colleagues on how to use the development methodology for development groups
  • Focus on delivering value 
  • Help the teams implement and configure solutions
  • Centralize and communicate KPIs to business units

The person reports to the Senior Director, DevOps Transformation.


  • Completed bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6 years of relevant experience, or completed master’s degree in a related field and 4 years of relevant experience
  • Understanding of REST principles and associated best practices
  • Basic knowledge of design concepts by domain (DDD), an asset
  • Basic knowledge of OpenAPI Specification
  • Development experience, an asset
  • Collaborator who knows how to adapt to the audience 
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to influence
  • Results-oriented 
  • Bilingualism, spoken and written (English and French)
