Main challenges
  • Advise stakeholders and offer your expertise in the context of committees and special or major projects
  • Assess and identify the needs of stakeholders, and propose adapted solutions to support the carrying out of activities, based on the diversity of files
  • Interact with various Bank sectors and Managers/employees to offer specialized advice and support
  • Negotiate major service agreements with various stakeholders and ensure their satisfaction through the quality of the services offered
  • Answer users' questions or direct them accordingly
  • Establish partnerships with various internal and external stakeholders involved in the department's activities and ensure interaction between these stakeholders
  • Carry out various studies, research initiatives and analyses to provide information needed for the smooth progress of activities
  • Develop systems and projects related to your field and ensure that they are carried out and monitored
  • Act as a coach for your less experienced colleagues

Specifically, you will:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years' relevant experience or Master's degree in a related field and three years' relevant experience
  • Bilingualism both spoken and written (English and French)
