In this role as a bilingual (English & French) Senior Clerk Verification, you will be based in Hollywood Florida. 


  • Support Operations Team by processing routine operations activities under limited supervision
  • Support Customers & Branches Operations requests
  • Maintain records, which may require follow-up action, research, data input and or coordinating flow of confidential documents
  • Reports to the Senior Operations & Project Manager


  • Verify different reports on a daily basis
  • Process NSF, non-posts, overdrafts, charge backs and return items, stop payments
  • Process all money desk wires (in, out) research and logs daily wire activity
  • Maintenance of loan accounts for certificates of insurance renewals
  •  Fraud processing activities
  • Prepares customer letters for Dormant and Inactive accounts
  •  Participate in annual Compliance training courses
  • Perform other routine administrative tasks upon request


  • Basic familiarity with Financial Services Industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & French)
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge and application of Microsoft office products
  • Detail oriented, organized, self-motivated


  • Associate Degree in operations/administrations or related field preferred, or 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
  • Microsoft Word and Excel software knowledge – Intermediate level
