Quality training for qualified employees

New call centres employees receive personalized technical training for up to 12 weeks to ensure a solid understanding of our products and services. This is followed by on-site coaching based on their position and experience throughout the remainder of the onboarding process.

But it doesn’t stop there—all our employees have access to professional development opportunities throughout their career and an internal training program focused on building key skills and competencies.
